State Leaders:


Structure


The responsibilities of managing the Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia is accomplished by dividing the State of Georgia into four distinct areas. Drawing a line across the state along the I-20 corridor; the area North of I-20 is the North Region. The area South of I-20 and West of I-75 is the Southwestern Region, and includes Macon. The area South of I-20 and East of I-75 is the Southeastern Region, and includes Augusta and Valdosta. The fourth region is the Metro Atlanta Region, and consists of Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Gwinnett and Barrow counties.



State Captain


The State Captain for the Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia is a flag line member entrusted with the responsibilities for the day to day operations in the State of Georgia.  Along with the leadership team and all flag line members, the Patriot Guard Riders of Georgia proudly honor our fallen heroes.  Your Georgia State Captain is:

Assistant State Captains


The Assistant State Captain in each region has the responsibility for accepting missions and assigning Ride Captains. He/she  can also request a “statewide email”. The assignment of region is based on the geographical location of the Assistant State Captain’s home.  The Assistant State Captains are:

Todd “Wordsmith” Moyer, Southwestern Region

Larry "Ealge 1" Klein, Southeastern Region

Chip "Night Sentry" Oehring, Metro Atlanta Region

Help On The Home Front Coordinator


The Help on the Homefront (HOTH) Coordinator is assigned the responsibilities of serving our wounded warriors as they transition to civilian life, and supporting our Veterans in their day to day needs.  Our purpose is to provide support and comfort through visitation to wounded and recovering Veterans of military service.  Establish a support network for catastrophically wounded and injured Veterans reentering their communities.  Actively visit Veterans Administration hospitals and homes throughout the State of Georgia.  Establish long term relationships between members and Veterans to support the quality of life needs of the Veterans and their families.  The HOTH Coordinator works with the Georgia Leadership Team to make assignments and support our HOTH missions.  The HOTH Coordinator is:
